Technical requirements for new energy vehicle production line
1. Vehicle storage conveyor line
Process description: After the empty sled is received in the painting workshop, it enters the corridor (the elevation of the corridor section is+7.5m, and the elevation of the PBS storage line steel platform is+5.0m). There are two lifting roller beds in the corridor with a lifting stroke of 2.5m. The sled with the vehicle body descends 2.5m through the lifting roller bed and enters the storage area of the final assembly workshop. The storage area is equipped with a fast lane, storage lane, and reversing lane. After the sled leaves the warehouse, it runs to the interior line transfer hanging point. The side top machine lifts the white car body, and the fork of the fork lift extends into it. The side top machine descends, and the white car body falls on the telescopic fork. The fork retracts, and the fork lift slide descends to hand over to the interior line. At the same time, the empty sled exits the transfer position. Entering the stacker crane, the sled stacks three layers, and the stacked sled continues to run to the unstacking machine. The individual sled after unstacking moves forward to the lifting roller bed, lifting 2.5 meters Then return to Mr. Tu's repost and enter the next loop. The vehicle storage area is equipped with a sled maintenance area and an electric walking hoist for lifting the sled. From Mr. Tu's repost to the interior trim, a 4-hour vehicle storage capacity is required, with a sorted storage capacity of approximately 1.2 hours.
2. Electric belt roller bed
The main function is to quickly transport and store the sled between the front and rear processes, achieving controllable transportation of the sled.
Standard roller bed length: 6500mm, each roller bed contains six sets of rollers.
Conveyor speed: 24m/min. The speed of the belt roller bed at the transfer equipment and the previous station before the transfer equipment can be adjusted by frequency conversion, while the rest are not frequency converted.
The main structure of the rolling bed includes side plates, end plates, drive brackets, roller groups, drive devices, and adjustable support legs. The length and width direction structure of the side plate and end plate should be formed by integral material stamping, and should not be assembled or docked. The thickness should not be less than 5mm. The drive device bracket is connected to the frame with bolts, and the tension bolts are used to adjust the tension of the drive belt. The rolling bed frame is composed of cold-formed channel steel welded together.
The support legs adopt adjustable support legs (M20 bolts), with an adjustable height of not less than 80mm.
Conveyor roller: A single-sided H-shaped roller set, with rolling bearings lining the rollers and polyurethane material covering the rollers.
Toothed belt pulley: a threaded roller shaft with two ends connected to the side plate.
The center distance of the roller group is 900mm, and the spacing between the roller groups is 1064mm, ensuring that at least four roller groups are always in contact with the bottom surface of the sled.
A steel wheel roller set should be installed on each rolling bed to eliminate static electricity generated by the white body during transportation.
Transfer station, install sled guide wheels at the end of the rolling bed.
The switch bracket adopts C-shaped channel steel as the proximity switch installation bracket, and the switch position can be adjusted in three dimensions.
The synchronous belt is a standard circular arc toothed synchronous belt.

3. Friction roller bed
The main function is to quickly transport and store the sled between the front and rear processes, achieving controllable transportation of the sled.
Standard roller bed length: 6300mm, each roller bed contains six sets of rollers.
The main structure of the rolling bed includes side plates, end plates, drive brackets, roller groups, drive devices, and adjustable support legs. The length and width direction structures of the side and end plates are formed by integral material stamping and cannot be assembled or docked. The thickness should not be less than 5mm.
The driving wheels are coated with polyurethane to ensure sufficient friction.
The support legs adopt adjustable support legs (M20 bolts), with an adjustable height of not less than 80mm.
Conveyor roller: A single-sided H-shaped roller set, with rolling bearings lining the rollers and polyurethane material covering the rollers.
The center distance of the roller group is 900mm, and the spacing between the roller groups is 1100mm.
A steel wheel roller set should be installed on each rolling bed to eliminate static electricity generated by the white body during transportation.
The switch bracket adopts C-shaped channel steel as the proximity switch installation bracket, and the switch position can be adjusted in three dimensions.
4. Rotating roller bed
The function is to complete the steering of the sled between the front and rear processes, and to perform rapid conveying and storage, achieving controllable conveying of the sled.
There are four walking wheels wrapped in polyurethane, and the walking wheel seats are installed on the frame with rolling bearings lining.
The hollow shaft reduction motor of the driving device is installed on the driving wheel shaft, and the motor housing is suspended on the rotating frame.
Rotating track fixed plate and bolt support, adjustable height. The horizontal degree of the rotating track is 1.5mm. The end of the rolling bed has a safety stop to prevent the sled from slipping out. The safe end gear rotation position is embedded with fully sealed bearings, maintenance free, ensuring flexible opening and closing of the end gear.
The power roller bed is equipped with bidirectional variable frequency conveying, and the rotating part is bidirectional 90 °/180 °.
Rotation speed: 1-3r/min, conveying speed: 0-24m/min, both variable frequency speed regulation.
The motor brake is equipped with a manual release (release) handle for easy maintenance and upkeep.
The rotating roller bed adopts variable frequency rotation, which can reliably and reliably stop.
The rolling bed part is the same as (4.3.1.1 Electric belt rolling bed).
5. Moving the rolling bed
Mainly used for the transfer, transportation, and storage of workpieces.
Moving speed: 6-30m/min, variable frequency adjustable. (The specific speed will be calculated and determined by the bidding party)
The basic structural steel, mobile support structure, and main frame thickness shall not be less than 5mm.
The driving wheel and driven wheel are wrapped in polyurethane material, and the walking wheel is supported by a spherical bearing with a seat.
The equipment is equipped with collision prevention devices to prevent damage to the equipment in the event of a collision.
The rolling bed is fixed to the moving frame, and there are guide wheels on the rolling bed to prevent the sled from moving during operation.
Verify the flatness and levelness of the track, with a horizontal error of no more than 1.5mm.
Equipped with end limit mechanism and end buffer device.
The moving drive device adopts variable frequency speed regulation and synchronous direct drive with the active walking wheel.
