Suitable for conveying items with a flat bottom, it mainly consists of a transmission drum, a frame, supporting legs, and a driving part. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, fast speed, easy operation, and the ability to achieve multi variety co line diversion conveying. Suitable for conveying various types of luggage, pallets, turnover boxes, etc., the lines are easy to connect and filter, and multiple roller lines and other conveying equipment or special machines can be used to form a complex logistics conveying system to meet various process needs. The stacking and conveying of materials can be achieved by using a stacking roller. The roller conveyor has a simple structure, high reliability, and is easy to use and maintain.
The structural form can be divided into two types: powered drum line and unpowered drum line.
According to the layout form, it can be divided into horizontal conveying, inclined conveying, and turning conveying. (Non standard design can be carried out according to different customer groups to meet the transportation requirements of various customers).
Horizontal drum line width: ranging from 150mm to 1200mm, and special specifications can also be customized according to customer needs.
The turning radius of the turning drum line varies from 500mm to 1200mm, and special specifications can also be customized according to customer needs.
The diameter of the drum generally varies from 38, 50, 60, 76, to 89mm.
Due to different customer requirements, the general frame materials include carbon steel spray painted, stainless steel, and aluminum profiles.
Transmission mode: driven by deceleration motor, electric drum drive, and other forms. The transmission methods can be divided into: single chain wheel, double chain wheel, O-ring, synchronous belt, etc. The speed regulation method can be achieved through a frequency converter or infinitely variable speed.
The power drum conveyor line considers mild chain tension, and the length of a single conveyor line should generally not exceed 10 meters.
Please confirm the technical parameters of the non-standard customized drum conveyor line:
1. The length, width, and height of the conveyed object;
2. How much weight needs to be carried per meter;
3. Is the bottom of the conveyed material flat or uneven and placed on a pallet for transportation;
4. Are there any special working environment requirements (such as humidity, high temperature, chemical susceptibility to corrosion, etc.);
5. The drum conveyor line belongs to the form of power or non power.
To ensure smooth transportation of goods, there must be at least 3 rollers in contact with the conveyed material at any time. Soft packaged items must be placed in turnover boxes or transported on pallets.
1. Selection of drum length: For goods of different widths, the drum with the most suitable width should be selected. Generally, "conveying material+50mm" is used, with a single-sided gap of at least 20mm or more;
2. The wall thickness and shaft diameter of the drum: The weight of the conveyed material is evenly distributed to the contacting drums, and the bearing weight of each drum is calculated to determine the wall thickness and shaft diameter of the drum;
3. Drum material selection: Determine the material and surface treatment (carbon steel galvanized, nickel plated, chrome plated, blackened or coated, stainless steel material) used for the drum according to the different conveying environments.
4. The selection of drum installation methods: spring press in type, internal tooth shaft type, flat tenon shaft type, through shaft pin hole type, etc. For the conical drum of the turning machine, the width and taper of the roller surface depend on the size of the cargo and the turning radius.
Daily maintenance:
To extend the service life of the drum, it is necessary to carry out proper maintenance work on the drum.
1. Regularly clean the powder, dust, and other foreign objects adhered to the drum;
2. Regularly check whether the drum shell and end cover are firm;
3. Good lubrication reduces the wear of sprockets and chains;
4. Avoid overloading and extend the service life of the drum.
