Belt conveyor:

Belt conveyor is used for the continuous or intermittent operation of conveyor belts to transport various items of different weights and sizes. It can transport various loose materials, as well as small single weight goods such as cardboard boxes and packaging bags. The belt conveyor transports smoothly, and there is no relative movement between the materials and the conveyor belt, which can avoid damage to the transported goods. Low noise usage, suitable for work environments that require relatively quiet conditions. The structure is simple, easy to maintain, consumes less energy, has a wide range of uses, and has low operating costs.

Material of the belt: PVC、PVK、PU、 Rubber, silicone and other materials are available for selection. In addition to conveying ordinary materials, it can also meet the transportation of materials with special requirements such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-static. Using specialized food grade conveyor belts, it can meet the requirements of industries such as food, medical, and daily chemical.

Belt conveyor structure: horizontal conveying, climbing conveying, groove conveying, turning conveying and other forms. The conveyor belt can also be equipped with baffles, skirts, etc. To meet the process requirements of various conveyors, workbenches and light racks are installed on both sides of the conveyor, which can be used as assembly lines for electronic instruments, food packaging and other belt conveyors.

Safety operating procedures:

1. The belt conveyor should start with no load and wait for normal operation before feeding. Prohibit feeding before starting;

2. When several conveyors are running in series, they should be started sequentially from the discharge end;

3. When there is a deviation of the belt during operation, the machine should be stopped for adjustment and should not be used forcefully to avoid rubbing against the edge of the belt and increasing the load;

4. The working environment and the temperature of the transported materials shall not be lower than 80 ° C or below -10 ° C;

5. Pedestrians or passengers are prohibited on the conveyor belt;

6. Before stopping the machine, the feeding must be stopped first, and the machine can only be stopped after the stored materials on the belt have been unloaded;

7. The drive part of the conveyor belt must be well insulated, and the cable lines of the mobile conveyor belt should not be pulled or dragged randomly. The drive part must be safely grounded;

8. When the belt conveyor slips, it is strictly prohibited to pull the belt by hand to avoid accidents.

Daily maintenance and upkeep:

1. Regularly inspect all sturdy components and confirm that they are not loose;

2. Regularly clean the belt and confirm that it is intact. If the belt is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner;

3. Regularly check the lubricating oil inside the motor gearbox and ensure it is functioning properly;

4. Regularly check the belt tension and adjust it appropriately.
