1. Definition of Speed Chain
The chain used for material conveying is similar to the chain used for chain transmission, and the most commonly used conveying chain in engineering is roller chain.
The so-called double speed conveyor chain is a type of roller conveyor chain. On the conveyor line, the moving speed of the chain remains constant, but the fixture plate and workpiece being conveyed above the chain can be controlled to move according to the user's requirements, stop moving at the desired position, and be assembled by the operator. After completing the above operations, the workpiece can continue to move forward and be conveyed.

2. Composition of Shanghai Speed Chain Structure
The double speed chain consists of six parts: inner chain plate, sleeve, roller, rolling wheel, outer chain plate, and pin shaft.
(1) Part material
Normally, rollers and rolling wheels are injection molded from engineering plastic materials, and steel materials are only used under heavy loads. Other parts are made of steel materials
3. Performance characteristics of the double speed chain
(1) The chain runs at low speed, while the fixture plate and the conveyed workpiece can obtain a moving speed that is multiple times the speed of the chain. Usually, the fixture plate runs at 2.5 or 3 times the speed of the chain, which improves the conveying efficiency
(2) The light weight of the chain makes the entire conveyor device lightweight and the system starts quickly.
3) Due to the material of the roller being engineering plastic, the chain runs smoothly, has low noise, is wear-resistant, and has a long service life.
