When the belt of the drum assembly line slips, the positions of the driving drum and the reversing drum should be adjusted. The adjustment of the driving drum and the reversing drum is an important component of belt deviation adjustment. As a belt conveyor has at least 2-5 drums, the installation position of all drums must be perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor length direction. If the deviation is too large, belt deviation will inevitably occur. For the head drum of the drum assembly line, if the belt deviates to the right, the right drum should move forward, or the left drum should move backward, and vice versa. As for the length of movement, it needs to be determined according to the deviation of the belt. The adjustment method of the tail drum is opposite to that of the head drum, where the belt moves in the opposite direction and the drum moves in the opposite direction.

There are two main reasons for the slippage of the conveyor belt on the drum assembly line: one is that the belt tension is too loose, which reduces the contact area between the drum and the belt, resulting in slippage; The second issue is that the weight of the goods exceeds the carrying capacity of the drum and belt, resulting in reduced friction between the drum and belt and causing slippage. One is to adjust the tension of the electronic belt to achieve a suitable state; The second is to ensure that the weight of the goods does not exceed the carrying limit.
